Meet Dr. Erica Seas

Dr. Erica Seas provides medical cannabis evaluations at Rapid Referrals. As a physician with a background in family medicine, she brings years of experience working directly with patients to each appointment.

At Rapid Referrals, Dr. Seas evaluates patients individually to determine whether they meet South Dakota’s requirements for medical cannabis certification. Appointments provide time to discuss your medical history and qualifying condition in a private, judgment-free setting.

For patients who are unfamiliar with medical marijuana in South Dakota, the appointment is also an opportunity to ask questions and better understand the certification process.

Medical records and physician referrals are appreciated when available, but they aren’t required for your first Rapid Referrals appointment. You’ll complete a medical intake form and discuss your health history directly with Dr. Seas.

Rapid Referrals is looking for PAs and NPs who have an active DEA license, are licensed to practice in South Dakota, and who are interested in becoming a certifying provider.

Contact Dr. Erica Seas at info@myrapidcard.com if you would like to hear more about joining the Rapid Referrals team.

Medical Cannabis Evaluations With Application Support

Rapid Referrals focuses specifically on medical cannabis evaluations and certifications. That allows our team to help patients navigate a process that may be unfamiliar, particularly when they’re applying for the first time.

If Dr. Seas determines that you qualify, Rapid Referrals provides technical support with your state application during your visit. Instead of leaving your appointment with a certification and trying to figure out the online registry by yourself, you can receive help completing the application.

If you’re researching how to get a medical card in South Dakota, our How It Works page explains qualifying conditions, current fees, what to bring, state requirements, and each step in greater detail.
